Since AGSA is set in a alternate timeline, the Iron Curtain was never fully developed for conventional army deployment. However on Stalin's Training Ground(2-4) a remake of Tanya's Training Ground you may be able to secure and capture Ore Silos as well as the Iron Curtain for use on that map.
