Fine design although the main part of the building is too squared.
Sith preferred pyramids, where Jedis preferred Ziggurats.
Starwars.wikia.com got some pictures you can be inspired by. Though have to mention that the Temple of the Sith was the Jedi Temple by 140 ABY, until captured by Sith.
I dunno about sith temple, looks quite good
