Description
An example of a standard New Republic fleet in 27 ABY (about the mid-point of the war). The KDY Republic-class cruiser is a mainstay of the New Republic (and later Galactic Alliance) fleets.
This fleet contains two KDY Republics, two Corona-class frigates, a Hajen fleet tender, Ranger gunships and XJ3 X-wings.
The XJ3 is the first New Republic starfighter that is actually better than the Coralskipper, though the XJ and XJ2 give are close.
I have now implemented an entirely new tech system for the New Republic - will try and post a news article on it soon.
Tech 0 = Dark Empire era
Tech 1 = New Class Modernization Programme to early 25 ABY
Tech 2 = early Vong war, late 25 ABY-26 ABY
Tech 3 = mid Vong war, early 27 ABY
Tech 4 = 27 ABY-28 ABY, after the fall of Coruscant but pre-Galactic Alliance
nice job. though it is the standart problem to impliment such era systems.
It is now fully implemented and will be included in the next release
