Thanks for your continued patience in anticipation of Age of Empires 1:HD Edition. Recently I've recieved offers of assistance from two moddb members, StormAndy and Forsant, (and others who have helped in the past) who have experience modding AoE3 already. They're helping make units and the Roman architecture set. So the next release will most likely have 9 civilizations in 3 architecture sets. There's been no final decision on Roman, Palmyran, Macedonian, and possibly Carthaginian bonuses and unique units yet.
I'd also like to bring attention to another mod I worked on recently. Jan DC at Age of Empires 1 heavengames has been working hard on making a new architecture set for the Carthaginians and unique wonders for each civilization in AoE1. I helped with some of the models there, and the Assyrian and Palmyran Wonders will be the same ones used in this mod. Check out his mod and give him support at the link below:
There's still no definitive release date for the next version of the mod. I'd like to just open the download to anyone at any time, and they can see what it's like. I'll keep updating this page, and looking forward to releasing this mod.
