This is a total conversion modification of the standard DOW Warhammer Soulstorm. Rearrange and create everything from scratch, from the gameplay to each parameter unit.

This mod at first felt like a bunch of fireworks popping out of my screen when I first saw.... FINALLY in a mod; animation of objects doing cinematic stunts in the ui main menu. I have long awaited any mod for that to happen and you are the first. However I disliked how there is only one faction, Space Marines, but I guess this is an alpha or beta.
The start of my first skirmish was a bit... huh? No requisition, no unit caps, different all in all, but I discover that instead of capturing strategic points, you build generators! I liked that. However, in DOW, this can be a bit annoying because of the DOW engine. You cannot simply build on top of objects in the fog of war, you have to go to it with line of sight, then build them. So I kind of got a little annoyed by that, but it's not your fault.
The tactics are not good, sure you can choose your "mark", but it is better to have all units and strategize as you go. The buildings are smaller, the content involved is good, but the things lacking is:
- Abilities
- General unit tactical strategies
- Economy in general
- Morale
- heroes
- Builder unit behaviors.
I find it annoying to have a limited amount of builder units, HQs, and etc. to the point where the game starts to feel stiff. The income max is +200, yet you can build a lot more gens so there is also no point in building more after that. Expensive to build them things, too. Builder units building relics on top of relics... nuh uh.
