The world has changed significantly since the rise of Germany in the 40's, and today the people of Europe work under the constant scrutiny of their overlords. The Germans hold control desperately, but how can they hold power when the country is split between three factions? Will the approaching 21st century see the end of freedom once and for all or the dismantling of the Reich which a generation has begun to live under?
