I will add the Constable Hareck, he will be when you rebuild the city and in your castle, later :)
Count Arrasies never was in Zendar in the original M&B, he was created by Light&Darkness;, as you can see in this screenshot of the original game, on a early version: Vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net
The mod looks awesome, when will be released?
