It's nice, but it feels a tad flat, maybe a little more detail around that railing on the balcony and the roof of the building just to the left of the railing. Sorry to nit pick, but it's those little details that transform a map from an 'average' one to a 'very cool' one. Also, perhaps map the ambient lighting a little darker (if it fits into the mod like that), make the fog distance shorter, and and some other coloured lights. also the wall facing the dumpster on the side obviously has some issues with it's lighting, you may want to add another light nearby it to make it look a little better.
Besides those things, very nice map.
