replace all vehicles of GTA SA with vehicles of the 90s. changes all the cars,motorcycles,bicycles, helicopters, airplanes, boats,paintjobs,tuning parts and others.
I helped in the creation and know how hard it was to get to it, months of production. All cars were selected and reselected with carefully to fit well in the game
