Half-Life 2 mod | Released Apr 14, 2007
DragonBall Source is a DBZ mod for Half-Life 2's Source Engine.
This mod is now a Multiplayer Mod, and not SinglePlayer like previously intended.
Each character will be assigned their own specific set of attacks, with power levels balances to create fair and balanced gameplay. The main multiplayer game is a team based game with two different sub-modes, namely "Capture the Dragonballs" and "King of the Hill".
The "Saiyan Saga" (first release) has been released and is currently available via the Downloads page. The next major release will be the "Namek Saga" containing even more characters and maps. There will also be more features, which will mainly focus on transformations. The new character list hasn't been decided upon yet, but there should be between 15 and 20 extra characters to choose from.

first of all i love this mod, im a fan of the anime and this mod is pretty close to it but i wanna point out that some of the models in game sometime have weird eyes, its like they look in 2 completely random directions. Just wanted to that point it out. keep up good work on mod ^^
you will need half life 2 and its not a free game you will need to play once or just open it up.
you need source sdk base...thats free its in your tool section on steam
step1: download dbs i did this site Halflife2.filefront.com
step2: once you download it extract it to your desktop
step3: then click it to install it which is msi then once you get to where it tells you to install it to press next even if it has valve.....mine had valve/steam/steamapps/sourcemods/dbsource....which is fine
step4. go to your c drive/program files and look for you valve folder once you get there go to steam then click steamapps then click source mods then when you get to dbsource folder right after sourcemods COPY IT..
step5:go to program files this time your goin to click steam not valve once u open up steam folder go to steamaaps once you open that 1 you should have a sourcemod folder if not create one open that it want have anything in it but right click then paste then it should put the dbsource folder in it after that close up then restart steam and your game should be on your list if not ask me

(How to Install DBS!)
In order to Play DBS, you Must Have (Half-Life 2, Source SDK Base and Steam). These Must be all LEGAL Copies. DBS does Not Support Hacked Version's of HL2 or Steam! Uninstall your old DBS copy if you have an older version, it is always better to do a clean install on software.
Step: #1 - Install Half-Life 2.
Step: #2 - Install “Source SDK Base” From your Steam Window, Under “Tools” In Steam.
Step: #3 - Run the "MSI Program" and Extract it to this location "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\DBSource"
You can have any Source based game, like CS:S or DoD:S.

You imagine that You will run into legal problems sooner or later? [ I'm having in mind the BFP Mod ]. I hope You'll ninja those lawyers.
BFP only was shut down because they where a bunch of young kids at the time wanting to sell the game. Thats why they got shut down. Considering bfp was really not shut down just the game had to be changed with character names and so on. ESF has been around for 7 years or so funi would have shut them down by now if they wanted to. They wont do it unless you try and make money of the product, otherwise they just hurt there fan base.
is anyone playing is mod? Because last time I tried, no one was on. If there are people playing, then I'll redownload it and play.
