An entire mod developed in a week. Is it possible? We just proved it was. An enjoyable mix of ego-shooters, fast-based CTF gameplay and team base attack/defend. The progress is available on the Facepunch thread.

Description
A Laser Blade created by yumyumshisha (Facepunch Username) with colours matching the teams, bringing in some close combat to the mod.
Looks awesome
You can't bend lasers without either a magnetic field 100,000 times as strong as Earth's magnetic field or a huge array of mirrors and lenses, which would defeat the perpose of it being a laser knife. Suggestion: a telescopically extending ceramic blade with electromagnets inside of it with a field of hot plasma around that. Incredibly scientific.
