Hai Rin and Len Kagamine, haven't see you both in a while *waves*
appends might be the future of vocaloid...
since...
if vocaloid3 comes out (in the near-midnear-midfar future)
then what will keep people to vocaloid2 might be:
1. still liking their favorite vocaloids
2. the appends might compete with vocaloid3 and possibly affect the success of the said program
3. people still want the "old" vocaloids (miku, rin/len, haku.. etc) and their appends... (miku-released, rin/len-announced haku-planned?) and unless they are re-made in vocaloid3, hardcore fans might just stick to vocaloid2.
