ilaha nasang oras makaantus anang bagyo. ah, ug dapat mas gi-ayu ug andam ang manila sa mga baha. kay daghan gyud ang nabiktima sa usa lang ka bagyo.
dayun nakatabang sad ang pagka-lowland anang manila sa pagkasayun mabiktima nila sa bagyo.

found at the net, might have been when undoy hit the country.
This just happened yesterday near my workplace, thankfully the waters went down as quick as they went up.
(it wasn't as bad as in this pic, but it went high enough to flood the roof of cars, thankfully no one was hurt, and the waters went down still in the morning)
