A recreation of DOOM II: Hell On Earth in one level already exists, it's called Memorial and it's been made by Eternal in 2011.
Well, I know that he's not the same author of this one, and maybe the philsophy behind the level connections is little different, but I found that Memorial is a really good and enjoyable WAD.

Reading the older comments, I found the fix suggested by oliacym, and it made Inferno to work again with Brutal Doom v20b!
Substantially, the fix is the same as the one found in Project Brutality 2.03a only without the DECORATE script which causes launching issues with the normal Brutal Doom.
Just remember the load it as the last file, after doomone.wad and brutalv20b.pk3.

Yes, I had experienced that issue too!
I found that it happens only when running with Brutal Doom v20b, otherwise, if is set to run only with the DOOM.WAD, it works just fine.
Furthermore, DOOM:ONE works also fine with Project Brutality 2.03a (which is a little bit older than Brutal Doom v20b).
