these are germany top four tank aces number four is a higly decorated german war hero who during the battle of Villers-Bocage succesfully destroyed a total of 22 brittish tanks with his tigers also note that the number at the end of each ace (ace means destroying five or more) are theyre confirmed destroyed tanks to get a confirm you must have atleast 3 non crew wittnesses meaning like another tank crew i guess my germans a little crappy so i dont really know what it means now about the evidence for the 1tiger against 36shermans (http://www.moddb.com/mods/wacked/page/3#comments) that sounds like absolute bull the sherman gun was much to strong even for a tiger the brithish vicker matilda and cromwell had nearly no effect when firing upon a tiger

in conclusion the american tanks were not equal but definitly not bad in any way, they were rather fast and agile except for the turret the main reason a american crew would have lost to a german was experience most german tank crew didnt turn the turret of the tank coz that lost you time instead they turned the tank now aply this with the tiger tower turning faster than the shermans and you can understand why alot of americans never got to return fire and the reason the germans had more experince (this apply´s to all german forces at the time of d-day and forward) was simple they had already been fighting on for nearly 5 the germans were all veterans at the beggining of the war
