What is different CoEM 7... and CoEM 7... NC?

Hello, I played this game with 7.1.0 and it was ok, but I now I have 7.3.0 and I have no problem in wilderness, but when I come to Hommelet, everything is so slowly and after few minutes game drop,error. I have to close game.....i cant play this game:{{

sorry, some old savegame didn't work and some yes, but now everything is Ok.

I reinstalled the game and then installed 1.7 . Same old savegame did work, same yes. Now I carry on in game. Nice work...all the best:}}

I started a new game, but the same problem. I tried Download.fliggerty.com , Youtube.com , plus nexusmodes. If I have turn on 1.7. in data files at start game, I still have this problem. I have to turn off 1.7 rebirth to work it...

I used Morrowind_Rebith_v_1.6_B,everything is Ok. I have just installed Rebith_v_1.7 and I have double persons {Elomie in Seyda Neen, seller under tent and more persons}.
