Any specific reason why the maximum number of terrorists in custom mission terrorist hunt and lone wolf is only 30? Didn't the UO expansion increase the maximum to 50?

Will this mod ever have the T28 heavy tank like in BF1942 SWoWWII (or is it in FHSW already)? I'd be amazed if they made it!
