Having looking through the link posted by F10 I can state with certainly it's got nothing in the slightest to do with this mod. It relates to nefarious dealings by a website called TheSimsResource. We have no affiliations, communications or anything to do with said site.

Now can we please all behave so I can finish the video to go with the next update? Please?

Another reason it looks finished is because we only put 'finished' stuff in the screen-shots. If you compare what you've seen to the TS unit-list you'll see there are still some largish holes.

Sorry for the late reply, been rather busy with RL commitments.

Given that we need to get all the core mechanics of both sides as well as all their units in-game first progress is currently halted on the ecosystem work.

On the screenshots side of things, I'll see what I can do but as Golan has said we need some more modellers.

As already stated they show ownership of units / buildings instead of using team-colour on the models.
They've been getting improved slowly over time to be less obtrusive but still easily visible.

Also see Golans comment :- "The UI needs an overhaul, though that's not much of a priority for a demo. Some mechanics don't work quite as expected yet, namely the Medic, Radar upgrades and DropShipBay need some bug hunting. Structures need a few more animations for construction, destruction and selling. Balance is a tad experimental ATM, but we'll probably have to figure that out with public testing anyways.
The biggest problem currently is the AI, we've got a cheap solution for it but would prefer doing it properly for future compatibility. In case of doubt, this won't prevent a release, however."

The 'how much is left to do' question is always a tricky one. Mainly because each individual person has a different idea with what they would be happy with as the beta release.

At one end we have what we've got now, which is missing units, features, a competent AI and is full of bugs. At the other end is a perfectly polished, bug free, game with an epic campaign.

If you were to take a middle ground of two full sides, working AI for both and only a basic tiberium system. (No campaign, tib only as resources so no ecosystem) then we've got GDI almost done, about 70ish% of Nod done and all the AI still to do.

As to how long that will take, I can't say as this is all done in our free time and how much of that we have varies wildly.

Anyway, hopefully this gives you all a little bit on insight into how close we are to letting you get your hands on it.

(Disclaimer :- All %s are mostly guesswork, I'm sure Golan or one of our other coding team will happily tell you how correct they are. :P)
