But, I got mixed on the three files. Should I use only the last file, the one from April 2021? The second file is way bigger but has same named pk3

I did a mod that did a few of the same things as your mod in about 2006 or so, but mine doesn't even come close.
But there are two very annoying things
1. The flashlight doesn't light close things?
2. The weapon zoom / aiming is very, *very* inconsistent between weapons...
To zoom in in some weapons I have to press secondary fire, and to other weapons, weapon special, whaaaat
Also, there seems to be lots of unnecessary scriptage on the submachine gun. There's no need to combat mode. Why would anyone want to use scope without the zoom?
Please, make it so that the button that makes most weapons go to aimed shot just bring in the scope with zoom
Better yet
Instead of combat mode
Rename to "Aimed combat" and voila
Or if you're tired or don't want it, just tell me that I'll dive into the code sometime
