Why are the zombies not infecting!!! Whenever a zombie is supposed to infect a human by turning them into a zombie, the corpse just disappears, very frustrating!!

Could somebody please explain to me why the zombies aren't infecting the humans? When I place a zombie and it attacks a human, the human corpse just disappears without spawning a zombie. Is this happening to anyone else?
