The shields seem a little too bright I would recommend lowering the opacity for both the Covi's and the UNSC, or if you could give the covenant a shield effect like the one seen in halo wars. And the UNSC a shield effect similar to the Mjolnir armor. although I am not sure if the coding in SoaSE:R would allow for a "dynamic" shield
