I think, coal power plant will be better to replace with more powerful turbine generator using aircraft engine. Russia is rich in oil, and this is better source of energy then coal.
And as i wrote under MSTA image, chasis needs remake

It should have 12 wheels instead 10, 6 on each side. TOS-1 has the same chassis problem.
And I have a question about voices. Can/will you bring back those awesome russian voices from beta version? Russians speak Russian, not english... Just make a patch for those, who understand russian language. Voices from red alert are stupid.
