So. Yesterday I thought I would spend £3.79 on a game called Age of Empirers 2 HD. I know the HD version is just the updated and enhanced version of the original Age of Empires 2 but it is the only available one on Steam.

After purchasing I have played a small total of 5hours and I can say that this game is one of the best, Real Time Stratergy's out there, even though it is a rather old game.

Age of Empires is by far a game worth owning. If you are lover of RTS games and don't own AoE2, then seriously, GO AND BUY IT, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

The games machanics are easy to get used to and the game it's self is fairly easy to learn. Yes skill and tactics are important in Age of Empires 2 to become succesfull and victorious, you cannot just run wild expecting that a random huge army will be able to win everything, because it wont, you will have to use good tactics to be able to defeat your enemy, even with a huge army.

Graphic wise. This game wins. I love the old styled graphics this game has. I feel they are much better than the new graphics in Age of Empires 3. In my opinion, graphics don't make a great game, but these graphics, make the game better, and unique.

I am pleased with my purchase of this game and like i said, I highly recommend you purchase this game.

*I will not be purchasing Age of Empires 3, because of the graphics, i think they should of kept to how Age of Empires 2 is.*

I have decided that, it is time to start using the again! Feel like I have been missing out on a lot of games considering all the games that are possible greenlights on Steam, are already on here. Plus, this is a growing community of gamers and indie developers and I would like to be a small part of that.
