God damnit. MaxLow is 0.8 and MinLow is 0.5. Sorry.

and the MinLowEnergy will be 0.8.

For anyone that wants to fix\change the build speed in this mod. You will have to download FinalBig and open !!Enh01Patch.enh. This is one of the biggest complaints and I'm not sure why no one has found the cure yet. But here is my two cents.

Make sure you backup this file in-case the mod doesn't like this modification. In the end it doesn't really matter because you can just download the latest hotfix and replace the file with an untouched one. I've tested this for a few min to see if it works and it does but I haven't tested a full game so maybe crashes? idk. That is for you to find out.

Find "BuildSpeed = 0.15" and change it to 1.0 which is the default value.

Find these also and change them to these values

MinLowEnergyProducti
MaxLowEnergyProducti
LowEnergyPenaltyModifier = 1.0

If you find that all this works perfectly and you want to use it in multiplayer then all clients will have to have the same modifications done as well.

Yeah it may be set this low to be realistic but in the end.. many of us just want a close to vanilla game that has nice graphics which this mod does great at. Thank you Vector for developing a great mod.
