you should probably try Verifying the files u downloaded by right clicking on Europe 1200 and clicking Verify. Worked for me on a similar mod that did the same thing.

Well guys, i didnt know anybody would still be making mods for Medieval 2 TW but i think you should do it. Warcraft is a great game, but it would be 10x better if it was based on Total war mechanics e.g large scale battles. GOOD LUCK !
