You could add units like mountaineers or lannisport marines for variety.

You should add more militia grade units like moutain clansmen or wolfswood soldiers for variety.

Can you add more unit variety for factions they all seem like the same units with different factions.

There is a weird glitch were if you are fighting a defending unit on a castle wall, then the defender suffers no or very few casualties while the attacker slowly dies i dont know if its some sort of bonus but it makes taking castles SUPER hard and defending them too easy.
