The mod is most certainly not dead.
There are currently plenty of EU servers but I am afraid there are none from NA. Feel free to setup one :P

Sorry for the late reply! Feel free to join our Discord and send them to me.
There are no plans for singleplayer, sorry.
Try using a different zip program to unzip the .rar file to the one you are using currently. That should do the trick. Otherwise use Steam to install the mod.
If you've installed the mod via steam as explained you will have 2 "Persistent Kingdoms" modules in the "Warband Launcher". Run either of them and make sure that the menu looks like this: Image.ibb.co . If it doesn't look like that, run the other module or your game will crash when clicking "Join game".
Depends on the server. Just go to the server's forums and make a ban appeal to find out.
Hey,
Try using steam to download the mod. Make sure to follow all the instructions posted there! Steamcommunity.com
Wipe all the PK files you have and reinstall the mod. If it still happens join us on Discord and we'll help you: Discord.gg
No, you have different servers with different rules. It's just that most of the youtube videos expose just the battles when in reality you get much more.
Reuploaded again. Please let me know if it works now.
I reuploaded it. Have a go again.
Quite a few people said it works for them. Perhaps try using a different program to open the package. I used WinRAR to archive it.
I am afraid we have no interest in doing a singleplayer mod at the moment, nor would we even know where to start.
We're working on that for version 1.1. On Saturday we're releasing version 1.0.
Hey,
That won't be the case. The reason PW was able to remain so small is due to the fact it had drawn all the models and textures directly from the primary game M&B Warband (Native). That means it didn't have to upload any additional models (apart from bishop stuff, internal buildings,carts,...). The whole mod will be about 800MB big which means about 400MB rar download. We tried to keep the size somewhat limited but there's only so much you can do when you want new stuff :)
Hello,
We intend to do that, do not worry. As written in the description here on modDB: "Credits to all used modifications and resources will be added when the mod is released."
You will have the ability to disable or enable spectator via server config. We've implemented the Kuyak armour that has some bear skin around the shoulders.
Don't think we'll do anything related to the height of characters at the moment. Perhaps we'll look into it later on when the first version is out already.
We're aiming for realistic looking medieval armour which probably fits swadian, rhodoks, sarranid, khergit,... at the same time. But we aren't specifically aiming to fit into the calradia lore, more into medieval Europe and the nomads.
Hey,
Don't think we'll stray that far away from the original mod. The things you described can be generated server-side in terms of events or making certain items unavailable and providing them only through events etc.
The launcher will be optional. You'll still be able to download the mod directly and put it your modules folder yourself.
One or two armours might be replaced with new textures, the rest of the armours are being added to the existing ones.
Hopefully not :). Anyways, follow the dev blogs if you're interested. We're not doing a major overhaul like every other "persistent" mod tried. Just tweaking it where we think it's necessary and listening to the community on what they want.
