It's your snotty comment about Cube World. People who go on about CW are the worst! It's not even a game anyone has ever played, yet fanboys go on about like it's the ******* Holy Grail!

I've seen a few people bitching about the "slow progress" of this game. You people do realise that it's just ONE guy making this game in his spare time, don't you?? ONE single person, doing ALL this work while holding down a full time job at the same time!! I bet most of you don't even have the slightest idea of the effort and hours that go into a game like this! Stop your spoilt brat bitching, grow up, and show some respect!

I'm not judging CW. I just don't see why any intelligent person would compare Vox to a game that they've never played, or that anyone has played, for that matter.

Apart from the fact that you can actually PLAY this game, and not just watch videos of it on YouTube, quite a lot separates it from Cube World. The whole customization aspect, for instance. Cube World has some, sure, but it's VERY limited and not a big part of the "game". Cube World is (if it's ever even released) going to be pretty much just a RPG/action game. Vox offers the palyer 100% freedom in how they want to play. You can create things from scratch, customize ANYTHING in the world you want, do quests, exploration, mining, building, make your own quests/NPC's, multiplayer, etc. You can do anything you want (or will be able to, remember, Vox is still a WiP) in Vox, but you can't in Cube World, infact you can't do anything in Cube World because it's not out yet, so that is the main difference!! Also the combat in Cube World looks better because it's been in development for almost 4 years. Vox has been in development for about 9-10 months!

Your computer must suck. The game works fine on Windows for me. Why do you people not try the demo, first, to make sure it runs ok?? Wouldn't that make more sense?

I compeletely agree with Mikester700. If you want to play games on a laptop, buy a decent gaming laptop. Don't blame the developer! It's not his fault that you're trying to play the game on an antique. You should have tried the demo first, anyway, to make sure it ran ok on your laptop. It's your own fault, no one elses!

Expect it when you get it. Do you have any idea what a huge task it is to implement something like multiplayer into a game? And it's only ONE guy doing ALL the work for this game, in his spare time. Games don't just spring up out of the ground fully formed, you know. Have some patience.

Lol. That is pathetic! How can it be "stolen" or "ripped off"? People are aware that Wollay did not invent the voxel game, right? There were loads of games based on voxels way before Wollay started doing Cube World. So by that logic Wollay "stole" and "ripped off", too!

Are you playing on a laptop? Or maybe your computer is old? Works fine for me.
