In the vietnam folder, make a folder named mods
Put the cheatsmod folder in there (not the rar file)
You have a different language of the game? It should be alright as I've NEVER heard of this problem before
No problem mate, there'll be an update soon too ;)
Yes it will work perfectly fine. If not: I can't help it. Just test it out :)
uh. It already is toltroll. (not sure if troll)
I haven't experienced this myself, thats why it's hard to solve it.
Pill boxes were used in the old versions. They don't suit spawning very well hence why its not there anymore
uh.... Have you checked well enough? I've made this for every MoW game...
Thats the point. You extract it.......
"and an option to delete selected units rather than delete them all."
If this was possible, it would already have been in cheatsmod since the beginning. This is impossible to do.
About the other stuff, I don't think I will be doing much updates anymore, as the only stuff people want is more. To me, it adds a little big more fun. But it seems that people are not interested in that.
And why does this feel as a downgrade? You get more stuff, bugs have been fixed. And works better to be included in other mods. Or you just miss one function and be all crazy about it.
Nope. Has been disabled
Whats it saying? Something about: #someRandomTank_xx ?
Anyways, I am porting cheatsmod from as2 to as1 soon. So that will probably fix all the older bugs
Nope. Has to do with the amount of units
I am not sure. It might be possible
English only... Then I am willing to help!
Just get rid of internet explorer. Use chrome or firefox
delete the service folder found inside
This should do it.
I am porting the cheatsmod from as2 to as1 soon, so that also fixes it, but in the meantime just delete the service folder.
- Sorry for the inconveniences
Yes I will port these over to all mow games
That means that you don't have the maps.
This means you're either running an old version or a pirate version of the game.
Old versions of MoWAS can be missing units. It can also mean for infantry missing textures, which will result in blue men. So its always better to have the latest version :)
Well it does in a certain way. If you cheat yourself to victory then you do get the achievements (end of mission)
No problem, go ahead :)
I am currently making an improved cheatsmod for standard MoW.
It has much more things to spawn. So just wait for the update if you can't make the changes yourself.
Mods do work on MP, but the problem with cheatsmod is that the buttons are not on top, so its kinda useless.
Yes I am aware of this problem, There will be an update soon.
I must agree with most people here.
Steam workshop is a good platform. I like it because it keeps my users updated with the latest version of my mod.
There are also people who are "pirating" mods from workshop and post it somewhere else.
It might be just me, but I don't like mods or downloads placed on some "mediafire" or "mediawhateverbullcrap"
The internet will be bloated with outdated versions.
Can't we have workshop and moddb at the same time? (as workshop has it advantages)
Yes you can change it easily. But the problem is probably you now have the wrong inventory right?
It IS possible yes. But it will add too much code to the mission (the cheatsmod will be bigger than the missions)
It might bring allot of instabilities and there is a change it will screw up the missions too. If you want to play with more models, you can just use the editor itself. CheatsMod was not intended to replace the whole editor idea, just some extra stuff in missions.
First you need to hack your executable (deserstorm.exe)
If you feel uncomfortable with that, you can download mine:
Then you can find some of the options here:
