It is certainly possible to softlock or crash the game and/or have unexpected moments, which requires a game restart. Please make a copy of driver.log before restarting. Send us this file so we can troubleshoot even better and faster! This file can be found in the Driver San Fransisco directory

INSTALLATION
Drop the contents of the zip in the Driver San Francisco game folder.
When asked to merge, click yes to all (overwrite)
