i have a problem, my cpu usage always bellow 30% and i got only 30fps on high setting. any help?

well i have a problem. i was have the PREVIOUS hd skin and i remember i edited the outfit_novice if not the game will crash. and i accidently delete the outfit_novice and now i'm using this mod hd models and get crash. it says [error]Expression : <no expression>

[error]File : Xr_ini.cpp
[error]Line : 520
[error]Description : fatal error
[error]Arguments : Can't open section 'novice_2_outfit'. Please attach [*.ini_log] file to your bug report

i use AO3, outfit addon, skat 9M, redux, SWTC, absolute nature (i think its the name), infinate companions,HD models and travel mod. does this quest mod will work fine with the mods that i use now ?
