If so, i think you will need to copy/paste/rename the MasterTextFile_English files in Mods/Imperial_Civil_War/Data/Text to whichever language you use (check FoC/Data/Text for what to change the _language to). That at least should give you all the new text.
sorry i dont understand this. can you post e exactly description? i have also the german Version..
