Hey dude, for your Modern Weapons mod, could you please tell me how to make it so that the Germans don't get modern weapons but everyone else did? I've tried contacting you through youtube but you haven't responded for days and I would just really love to live out my Hearts of Iron 4 Modern Weapons fantasies in COD 2 as the allies and soviets against the germans who are still stuck using 30's and 40's tech!
