An ordinary guy without something unusual. Can be described by a single word: Nerd.
Great view you got there
The engine is not released yet.
There's still stuff that needs to be crated from scratch.
A typo in the latest article
These smiles... they're creeping me out for some reason...
Happy Prologue day, everyone!
EVEN dad and mom? Sounds like bullroar, no offense.

That problem is more common for laptops that have both integrated (weak, part of the motherboard) and discrete (more powerful) GPUs. For some reason, Source Engine recognizes the driver of integrated one instead of discrete. If that's the case, set "-force_vendor_id 0x10DE -force_device_id 0x1180 -dxlevel 95" on the launch options. Remove "-dxlevel 95" after you close the game or your settings will reset every time you run the game.
On the contrary it could be that Source (for yet another unknown reason) sets Hardware DirectX level on 8.1 instead of 9.0+ which unlocks High Shadow Details. In that case the console command "mat_dxlevel 95" should do the trick.
There is a tutorial written about it.
3) I enter 'coop 1' BEFORE startig the map
Not really surprising, considering how busy this man lately.
"In our game you will not find inventory system or notes system and the reason the same - there are no people who could do that on Source engine (people start to hate it cause it outdated)."
Nope. There's at least one guy who managed to do that (check Underhell).
EDIT: That was supposed to be a comment for an article, but you get the idea.
Of course they would be broken, they run on different engines
I believe you must decompile a map first.
Actually, it's nearly two years (in case if you missed Chapter One).
And if you scrolled down here so fast just to type this, here's what you need to know:
1) Chapter Two development is on hold;
2) Steam version is being made;
3) Because of a huge amount of the contributed content used in the modification, a lot of stuff needs to be remade just to make Steam release happen;
4) No dates, when it's done;
5) Waiting is hard.
Jake's face model in the modification belongs to FakeFactory. That's why it has to be officially changed.
The only thing you can hope to, that someone will port models from the mod to Source 2013.
There is a command that cooresponds to gib count
You can play around with it, although can't recommend it, may be unstable
EDIT: Realized I'm one minute late
Should we be waiting for official media releases of character models?
Wow, that's one hell of philosophy right there.
Damn, first the flooded house, now PC stolen.
I feel really sorry about you. Hope you'll get through this ****.
All glitches you've pointed are known, they will hopefully be fixed in the Steam release.
Assuming that next chapter's development is on hold until the game will be avaliable at Steam, there will be no need to download another full version (I mean the mod).
The reason we had to replace the outdated Prologue after Chapter One's release is the engine change (from Source 2006 to 2007). Steam release will come with another engine change (and hopefully the last).
BTW, how's the progress with the characters? Kinda worrying, there were no updates on that department.
And only just I realized that I am Captain ******* Obvious :D
He actually said "Merry ******* Christmas, everybody", but hey-ho!
Hard to say at this point.
Read below or the news so you would know why there is no dates.
