Makes Half Life re playable again, Adds 2 new really fun weapons (the M249, and the BFG from Doom), Lots of details in the gore, the shotgun is Extremely satisfying to use in CQB, new game mechanics like the kick. Most of the original weapons are modified in a way, like the reload speed or the mag capacity. Obviously slower than Brutal doom, but this doesn't make it less fun.

The only cons are a couple of animation bugs, and crashes randomly sometimes.
