Ah, Brutal Doom! After you play Brutal Doom, you find that vanilla Doom just cannot compete! Blood painting the ceiling, walls and floors, guts, heads and limbs everywhere, better enemies, revamped weapons of destruction, maniacal laughter as you mow down dozens of enemies with rockets and barrels, being able to treat enemies with cruelty, et cetera. What is not to love with all these awesome perks?!

That said, Brutal Doom does have some minor downsides. There is no modern user interface built in, but that is easily remedied with the Ultimate DoomVisor addon. You cannot destroy corpses, nor squish corpse body parts... those are my only gripes, which are minor, and in no way reduce my adoration of the brutal, bloody, merciless action that is Brutal Doom. :D
