Which opening do you mean? Pre-1.3, or post? It was changed. :P

Either way, it is by Akira Yamoaka. The old one is titled Promise (Reprise), and the new one is Wounded Warsong. Both are from Silent Hill 4.

The first can be found in Sounds/Soundtrack/Machinarum/Machinarum1 (Unfortunately does not have track info on it).

The second can be found in Sounds/Diplomacy/Dtesh (And does have some info).

What Tiberius said. I can see it right now, actually. It has simply not been approved.

There's no firm release date, but it's getting very close; Not much left.

A memory allocation error is hard to trace down; The next version will be far more stable.

RifE is for Civilization IV Beyond the Sword 3.19. So the latest version of BtS. ;)

Sadly, it'll be a while before it's released; Taking some time to redo most of the old civs to take new features into account. The Clan have gotten a few new tricks as well... ;)

It has been fixed, yes. That entire bit of python has been rewritten.

The scenarios don't work because they weren't designed for this mod; They were designed for Fall from Heaven, which this mod is based on.

There have been MANY things added that break scenarios, which were added by the base mod well after RifE was started... We've never updated them, though we may make our own one day.

Unfortunately without actually loading your game myself I'm not sure of what's wrong.

At the moment we're going through and cleaning up all xml/python files, and have fixed a few bugs in the DLL... Hopefully it will be much more stable next release. ;) No ETA on that, however... Depends on how long it takes to clean/organize the xml.

That's not an issue with your install, sadly, but an issue with my code (neglected to make sure you have a state religion before checking your state religion... Others may experience ice ages when they aren't following the White Hand or playing Illians.)

Download the hotfix from the link at the end of this post, and extract it into Rise from Erebus/Assets. You should be overwriting an existing file, just click ok. ;)

It is for BtS and does not require FfH, it is a completely standalone download.
