toning down the one scout can wipe out my entire fleet kinda file

well cant some one make a file thingy with borg AI that u can actually have a chance of defeating?!!!

like not needing 10 players with fully decked fleets to destroy one scout vessel : /

i mean some of us dont have anyone to play this game with and the AI is ... well a vegetable sometimes....so he wont help against the borg I was wondering if the borg can be balanced for single player (well they should still be extremely hard to beat)

shish can some one make a single player borg mod file thingy for us with no friends to play with :P

I cranked up the visuals to the MAX and the frame rate seemed to be better : / way better... now im confused .. but i still get that weird lag for a split sec in huge battles every now and then its not like normal "my PC cant handle this lag" which I know how it looks like when i put witcher 2 to super uber max settings its just like choppy weird ... i dont know :P

anyone having this weird lag when playing the game happens when i watch large fleets fight zoomed in (even small sized fleets)

tried lowering the res and the effects but its the same so its not a visual memory problem

one day we will have these things for real

also noticed that the romulan starbase sucked the cash fro the second colony pod upgrade and did nothing

I had to pay 2 times to get the 220 million upgrade no idea if this was a random weird single time bug or not

no rly why cant my fully decked fleet all cap level 10 all upgrades done to max defeat a single borg scout with a star base and turrets and mines and millions of bombers around

a single scout wont die : /

thats not even hard or hard core its just impossible

no srsly im not even kidding a borg scout ship needed 30 min of constant quantum torpedo barrage to take out while a sphere can actually out heal damage done to it by 30 cap ship with full command points of cruisers firing

i thought u said Borg are hard to beat not impossible

also question how are u suppose to beat a borg AI?

cause i put normal borg and he destroyed all my defenses + fully upgraded fully leveled fed fleet with one diamond ship : /

hundreds of ships bombers and full cap count and i could only do 1000 hp damage to it which it healed instantly then did a wave thing 3 times and even my planet exploded

when i put borg everyone dies horribly

check the exe properties if its read only u will suffer like i did

the stupid sins exe was read only AND the nvidia patch was sitting there looking pretty and did not install till i found it : /

borg came and penetrated me with their cyborg probes but since i was cardassian I took a few spheres with me :D

wish this had a torrent cause just wasted 8 hours dl the mod twice both ending in failure at 98% 99% mark

ok noob question where do i find the game gfx stuff..!! is it the ship shadows and details and all that stuff in the effects menu?

hmmm im not sure its something missing

oddly enough when the squares appear on the ship firing points I can go to the menu and its all fine then everything is back to normal but as the battle continues they appear again after a few seconds and i have to do it again

ahhh im having a weird problem

after a few minutes in game the phases and torpedoes turn to colored squares then the game crashes

I did run the expander thingy on sins exe and it said it updated successfully

any tips?
