hey man i accidentally pressed the map scroll lock would you happan to know the key to turn this off?

Hello my editor is stuck in the fast forward setting and when i hit the backspace key and try and modify the time it wont change and will stay on fast motion any help would be appreciated

i get a similar one every time certain units throw javelins most notably roman early javelin men(hastati,principes,sibella spears) making the game nearly unplayable for obvious reasons.
