maybe the answer to cracking the dino limit from 40 could be found in the matlib files. also isn't kind of weird that the vanilla dinosaurs and the cut dinosaurs make up 39 total species and there is such thing and why there is a species limit? what if the 40 limit is there cause there was gonna be 40 species of dinosaurs in game? and what could have been the 40th dino...?

i been rereading the tutrial you sent me but there was no folder,readme,or anything that came with it just the rar. and when i try to open it nothing happens

there isnt a exe file!

And all i got was a rar. file not a folder and i put the rar. in the mods folder and its still v3.0 even if i deleted the folder in the mods folder
