FarCry 3! dafuq??

so, no fsgame.ltx editing? no 'stul' renaming? no need to unpack gamedata.dbx files? no omitting the english language 'fix'?

Giving it another go as we speak.. really would like to play this mod.

How did you manage to make this mod work? Tried many ways and nothing is working.. =/

if windows is giving you that error, make sure you have the most updated drivers (using a video card that is capable of running LA, of course), and run as administrator / Run this program as administrator.

try to remove the user.ltx file (save it just in case). when LA starts back up it will make a new one.

I would (and am) going with a clean install, no matter what, since the new patch will require a new game. I am not 100% sure if the new patch will have the fixes from the second patch, but I do not see why not. There are (new) patch notes in the wild.. Pastebin.ca

I tried COMPLETE, and it ran amazingly well, however I reverted to SRP, so as to have the vanilla experience. It has been AGES since I got CS to run at all without CTD's. A lot of people enjoy Faction Wars too. I will give it a go at some point. Currently trying to get Lost World Origins (SoC mod) to even start.. that one is looking quite interesting. And for CoP, SMRTER has been my favorite. Sorry if TMI, lolz =]

Thank you for a very cool sounding mod! I have tried installing it in various ways and NONE of them work. I always get a CTD either when starting a new game, or when starting the game.

Please post easily accessible installation notes. I have no problem doing a fresh install. My install has .dbx files, though I do have access to the extractor.

I need help with installing for sure. Have gotten as far as starting a new game and then CTD. Did various clean installs and sometimes I cannot even start the program. Thank you!

You can still send them money though. Indeed, I would say it is better that way, as all of it goes to the development team! =]

AP ammo works best.. aim for the tail and it will not cost too much ;p
