Bows are seriously underpowered in the mod until you have high skills and power draw. crossbows get good earlier. but yah the scale is you wont be doing much damage at first to anything well armored, get the skills above 200 and power strike about 4 or 5 youll be hitting where you should be. As far as the companion dialog from what i understand somethings you just cannot change(easily or not at all) in the game. Floris had the same probs. You have to let go of the little stuff :P

You need to assign a companion to your castle(minister i believe) either way its the only assignment you can give them, if you dont have a wife. Look at the characters and pick a chik find out which faction, watch for a feast for that faction, go to the feast, talk to the father he must like you over 5 points i believe, get permission, court her. (Or enable cheats,debug,like me to 100, get married)

That happened to me once on another mod. You have a corrupt install. Im sure youcan fix without reinstalling but how to is beyond me

Adjust the settings to 2 on 2, youll make alot less money but otherwise yes youll be confused and getting it handed to you, try running it in native settings i think its easier to tell who iswho that way. Either way if you go above 3 on 3 chances are youll lose.

The joining of armies is very bugged i recommend not using this option at all

You must meet the person before you can gift. Get to know them i guess you could call it. Otherwise theyr name wont show up. You have to search for feasts and say hi. And yes the naval needs lots of work. The random crashing will always happen, i lowered the fps from 120(default i believe) to 50 since the human eye cant see past 50 anyways on the startup screen(where you choose your mods)in the options,and it cut down on the random crashing ALOT.

She married me at only 12 like o.O but no matter what even if you have your own kingdom started you will join the iron islands if you do marry her. All your castles,etc will turn into iron islands , marry her before you start your own kingdom, leave the irons, but when i did that i had to get her like above 40 before she would leave the irons, she kept saying no sorry i wont leave. It's really overrated to have your wife on the battlefield she gets her but kikd alot :) the only real "advantage" is trading troops and garrisons. Plus youll need to leave a companion in your castle in order to give fiefs without a traditional wife being there, also you cant hold feasts.

It wouldn't be hard to add daenerys targaryen. i'm sure it won't be her identical twin, but i'm sure you could come up with something. i understand the limitations with the game mod wise, but some of the decisions to not fix change or include is just half assing a mod imo. still decent mod.

i suppose i could just leave the north and go on my own. but do the wars ever become peace? thats a major baddie if not :(

Also i joined the north and there doesnt seem to be an end to any of the wars, we took iron islands and westerlands all of the castles and now we just sit idle. And when i dont get to keep a castle i took there is no option to defect by being wronged or w/e

The other side of the map doesn't seem to be doing anything. they are not at war with anyone or eachother. i havent bothered trying to go there since its so far off. but the land across the water (lyos,bravoss?,etc) is not active. its day 100 and not a peep from them o.O

same. i didnt have a treasury for it to go into. and when i did it wasnt there. so dont bother capturing until you do have a treasury :)
