I am having problems in slightly bigger battles (>150), where I would have 5 seconds freezes every 30 seconds, and would definitely crash during one of the freezes.

Are there any explanations or solutions to this?

Correction:

Set both
use on demand texture
use on demand texture mt

to 1

Computer > Local Disk (C:) > Users > 'username' > Documents > Mount&Blade; Warband > rgl_config.txt
