Everything that you are talking is about the movies.Goblin and Orc are synonyms, maybe you are talking of the orcs of the Misty Mountains that are smaller than the Mordor orcs and they fear the light, but all are of the same species.You can see this in the third chapter of The Two Towers, "The Uruk Hai". Azog and Bolg are Uruks not orcs.

Orcs = Goblins :P

I think that the wargs of Isengard 'll be like in The Two Towers and the wargs from Gundabad will be like in The Hobbit.
