Thanks for the review. For some reason, it looks like your installation didn't go through properly. The unit graphic issues shouldn't really be happening. Are you sure you had the C-patch installed before you installed ToME?

There is a documented bug with the Dwarven Stonework tech available at the Library (University) in the Great Years age. It upgrades your Castle's graphics, but your Castle loses the ability to fire. Both Eregion and Mirkwood have this tech, and I'm sure you researched that when you noticed the bug. Please avoid this tech at all costs. We are very close to releasing the update which will fix this bug. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused! :(

I'm not too sure, never heard of this before. Could you PM us so we can investigate this further?

Good idea about the Took! Not yet about the scenarios.

Both requests have been fulfilled! We have Ents and Smaug available in the next version! :D

No, at least not in the plans yet. The mod starts from after the Fall of Beleriand.

You don't need MPS to play ToME, but you may find it on AoKH: Aok.heavengames.com

We are now using the UserPatch, which raises pop limits to 1,000. :)

1. Yes! The Wonder now has some interesting units and heroes available to train, making it useful in conquest games.
2. Almost all civs now have more than one unique unit. Lots to look forward to!
3. We didn't touch the AI for the beta, so what you see is the standard AI trying to make sense of ToME. :p

Excellent idea! Although who'd ever go to Canberra?! :p
One member of the ToME Team is in Australia, the other is in the US. It would be far more likely to get such an event arranged in the US I think.

Nice to know you have a favourite civ already! I'm trying out a new thing or two for Mirkwood. If successful, I'm sure you'll enjoy the additional feature(s)! (Can't reveal yet. :( )

Yeah I meant checking if I enable villagers to build bridges, will they be walkable or not...

Yup, planning to do so right after we release the next version for vanilla AoK.

That's an interesting idea. Might become a bit OP on island and river maps, perhaps! But first, I'll need to check whether it is even possible to build bridges in AoK.

Dwarves are tricky to represent in an AoE game. Instead, we've tried to added dwarven flavours to certain civs, especially Eregion. Not much is known of Dol Amroth, and as it is Gondor covers it with Beacons of Gondor tech. Oh, and honestly, if someone manages to amass 200 UUs they ought to win the game anyway.

We do have a foot version for a hero. The flying version may not have a crown, however, because we have created a generic flying Nazgul for now.

We'll create a launcher and updater for the final version, but I'm afraid those with the current beta will have to uninstall it using the provided uninstaller. There shouldn't be a need to reinstall AoE, however..

We are now using UserPatch, so that will take care of that for you.

The game doesn't replace the campaigns or heroes yet.

We are using the UserPatch now, so you should be able to play with 200+ pops. I don't like the idea of units taking up more than 1 pop slots. Perhaps those powerful units ought to be costlier instead. Which civilizations would you like to see?

Well, the devs are working as hard as we can to bring this mod to your table! And we plan to port it to HD immediately after we release it for vanilla AoE2. I hope the wait won't be long. :)

We are adding Trebuchet alternatives for civs that don't get them: Field Trebs (build trebs right on the battle field) and Sieging Catapults (long-ranged versatile catapults equivalent to trebs, but less sturdy).
