I have always loved the Stalker games and this mod further improves them. I started playing, but soon gave up after an hour or so as it seemed too hard and confusing to play. I then started playing other games, but soon realised they all felt dumbed down and way too easy in comparison. I decided to give it a proper go and after a few hours I had the hang of it. Now 80+ hours later the mad has become my favourite mod of all time and has revitalised my love for the Stalker games. I don't know how I'm ever going to play a dumbed down AAA shooter again after this.

My only issue was that I started encountering crashes about half way through my playthrough and also my saves would corrupt. I'm not sure why as I didn't auto save and only made hard saves. I ended up having to save scum my way through a lot of fights as crashing became so frequent that i'd crash half way through a fight then have to do it all again. I'm hoping the 2.2.1 version will be more stable as the mod is amazing and I just want to play it without fear of crashing and corrupt saves.

Overall despite the crashing and performance issues it was still one of my best gaming experiences and I'm so glad there are such talented people making these awesome mods for us to play.
