It's not downloading right. I have windows 8 and it says there has to be an app, or something else to open it. What do I use and if it's going to cost something, put it in the description.

It's not downloading correctly, it won't open. I have windows 8 and it says I need an app. what app is that and is it going to cost, because if it is, you should put that in the description.
