Not sure if this has been brought up yet but the colony pods upgrade for the Romulan star base does not prevent planet loss.

I got a strange problem and I'm not sure how to solve it. Awhile back for some reason the game stopped allowing me to set the locations of buildings but simply auto places them. While not game breaking it makes it harder to build up planetary fortifications when I cannot choose where the planetary defense turrets go.

Can you do a 'golden age' version that limits the game to TOS/Movie era ships/techs.
