Ballroom I think you must be trying to run your own server, or someone else is running it, (or on SP?) with obsolete files that had a typo in the techcompat.cfg. Ask any existing server owner for an updated version. You also have the option of de-activating the techcompat alltogether, to get 100% energy with all gun/ship combinations, if you prefer that.
