Nobody have thought about Carnius may have been injuried and unable to keep his work going on, or some problems in his life ? maybe he won't come back ? he's human after all, so a lot of things are possible. But the delay he have given us is ellapsed, so i think we should consider this mod "dead" i some way, and maybe one day we'll be surprised ( in a good way ) by his return and new update ... ?
Just giving my point of view, u're free to not agree.
I think if we have no news of primarch carnius at the dawn of 2016, we could consider this mod dead. Until that, just be patient and remember he's like a chaplain using a crozius upon a hill : a single man army !!!

Carnius is trying to create a new faction, and new campaign, ALONE !
So please be patient, i'm sure when it's ready, he will let us know !
